bartenders guide

In order for a bar to succeed, you will need to have the basic wines, liquors, and spirits, along with the right equipment. Bartending seems like a pretty easy occupation.

The obvious things such finding a location of the bar, buying all the furnishing and equipment are straight forward. And there were some that weren t able to find anything better, so they settled for tending bar until something better did come along. Some managers want bartending experience, and some don't.

Having fun while you work and smiling will attract attention and draw more clientele towards you. The faster the student is able to complete transactions, the happier his or her patrons will be. If you treat them with that sort of respect, you cannot only expect a nice tip, but you can bet that they will be back over and over, and looking for you.

Let's face it, to be good it takes more than just serving a good drink. The tools that you used to get your bartending job interview will come in very handy in preparation for the interview.
