bartender jobs, new hampshire

Hiring the right bartender makes a huge difference in operating a successful and profitable bar. Setting up your own bar is actually quite easy to do.

Hiring the personnel and keeping the people who work for you is the hard part. Most establishments are not high volume and super fast paced. You can also start locally; just make some enquiries in the bars or restaurants in your locality to get a break.

A mist is a popular after dinner drink and is liquor served over a glass full of crushed ice, not cubes. A light stirring to mix the ingredients is your best bet. Some drinks are heated to add a special touch.

Do not overestimate your competition or the difficulty in learning how to become a bartender. And most importantly, get the interviewer to like you.
